Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 1–3 days of receiving your order if the item is defective, damaged, or not as described. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Approval
Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with you to arrange the return. Please ensure the product is repacked securely for safe transport.
Refund Process
Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected. Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery basis, any refund will be processed via bank transfer or another agreed-upon method. We will contact you to confirm the refund method and details.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that show signs of use, damage from improper handling, or are returned outside the eligible timeframe will not be accepted.
